Alleged Landen shooter in custody, shelter-in-place lifted : Police.....

Lt. John Faine of the Warren County Sherriff's Office reported authorities captured Mohammed Abdou Laghaoui. The asylum set up request for Deerfield Township was recorded after Laghaoui's catch.
